A map editor is some DLC I would gladly pay $5 for. Which strongly implies that we have our own El Presidente in the area now known as Northern Tropico. It can be accessed by clicking on 'Challenges' then 'Manage' on the main menu. Unfortunately, the challenge editor is not available in the Xbox 360 version or the Mac version. In the new Tropico 5 expansion 'Espionage', only you, as El Presidente, can keep. Are also available in existing Sandbox maps and in all multiplayer modes. A brief tutorial of the new map editor feature in Tropico 4.
